Incase of a return, please send us an email on [email protected]. Once we receive the email, we shall send a return form that needs to be filled in by the customer.
Once the form has been filled, the customer will have to courier the product back to us. This cost will not be borne by us.

Eligible for Return
- Your item must be unused & in the same condition in which you’ve received it.
- It should be in its original packaging accompanied by a proof of purchase.
- The return should be initiated by the customer within 15 days of receiving the order.
1) Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
2) If you purchase from a retail store or 3rd party website other than TheClassyWindow, the inquiry must be made directly though that retailer.
- Once a product is returned to us as per the return policy & is found to be in the same condition as it was dispatched, we will initiate refund within 3 working days of receiving the return.
- Only the product cost will be refunded and not the to & fro shipping cost, if any
Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
Yes. A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.
